Website Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website at codaragaming.com, operated by Codara, Inc. Each game has its own privacy policy, listed on the Legal page, because games handle different things than a website does.

What the website collects

The site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from third-party servers (the fonts are served from this site), and does not fingerprint your browser. Pages are served by Amazon CloudFront from the United States; CloudFront access logging is turned off, so we do not keep a record of who visited.

The contact form

If you write to us through the form on the Support page, we receive what you typed: your name, your email address, the game and topic you chose, and your message. That is sent to our support mailbox as an email and kept there for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to any list and we do not share it with anyone else, except the email provider that delivers it.

To limit spam, the form briefly records a one-way, salted hash of your network address. It is kept for about two hours and removed automatically within a few days; the salt is a secret held only in our infrastructure, so the hash cannot be turned back into your address. Your network address itself is not included in the message we receive.

Writing to us at support@codaragaming.com directly works the same way, without the hash.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@codaragaming.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK, or another place with a data-protection authority, you also have the right to complain to that authority.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 and the contact form does not ask for your age. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new effective date. The version number at the top of the page tells you whether you have seen the current one.
